Due to this, in failing to represent all of his constituents, we revoke Hengest Dunn as Senator for Hahnmark

• Judgement: We call Valeria, Custodian of the Claw to a Virtuous Challenge. Prosperity requires no mana left unspent, yet Valeria has not attended Anvil in some seasons, leaving the mana in the sinecure stagnant.

Recognition

The following judgements of recognition were raised during the summit.

Judgement 11

• Assembly: Ambition
• Raised By: Rafael Barossa d'Apulian
• Judgement: We recognise Amika Acciai, sixth child of the House of Steel, as an Exemplar of Ambition. He reached out to Rafael Barossa d'Apulian, seeking help with his goal to "engulf Asavea in a firestorm of change". Pilgrimage:Amika travelled to the Temple of the Way in Nemoria and studied there under Sumaash and Imperial priests. Benevolence: Amika turned his family estate into a safe haven for followers of the Way fleeing persecution by the Plenum. Salvation: Amika freed his family's slaves and taught them the Way. These pilgrims infiltrated other estates and spread the Way to the slaves there. Amika led the attack on the Tarquinius family estate, killing the oppressors there and giving his life for the cause. Inspiration: Amika's death inspired his cousin Alberto, who led the attack on the city of Marlien that freed all the slaves there, and started the wave of unrest that is currently crashing across Asavea.

Judgement 19

• Judgement: Dogri Thulebane is an Exemplar of Loyalty. The signs are clear. Inspiration: Dogri's words inspired more than 200 fighters to stand with him in defence of Crow's Keep and Skarsind. in 385YE Spring, Dogri's story was added to Wintermark's Chronicle of Heroism as a national inspiration. Benevolence: Dogri opened Crow's Keep to all Skarsind winterfolk who did not want to leave. When the battle of Crow's Keep was lost, he ordered his followers to escape with their lives rather than lead them to their death. Miracle: Upon his death, a spontaneous aura of Loyalty manifested on the amulet he was wearing with no intervention from practitioners of Liao ceremonies. Legacy: Crow's Ridge is the region where Crow's Keep is found. After Dogri's stand, Crow's Ridge was taken by the Thule but the scars of Thulebane remain. Crow's Ridge is Dogri's legacy and for that legacy we have been granted an opportunity in 385YE Sumer to create an inspirational tomb for him, in his final resting place; the Sovevann, Kallavesa with true liao

• Judgement: Dialagos has presented the Empire with the chance to construct Prosperous Counting Houses that will increase the income to the virtue fund each season. This provides us an opportunity to invest now for benefits in perpetuity. Each house requires 5 White Granite, 5 Weirwood, and 30 crowns. We propose the virtue fund should take advantage and would ask for funds to acquire the needed resource to construct the house with the highest return at the point sufficient material has been gathered (currently Tassato for 16 crowns/season)> we seek the assemblies approval to purchase 2 wains of weirwood using 10 Thrones and 0 Crowns. Should this pass, further requests will be placed until the full balance of material is acquired. Last summit 2 wains were purchased for this endeavour.

• Judgement: For his continued work as the Friar of Honour's Rest in aiding the countless ghosts of the Mournwold move on to the next part of their spiritual journey, we reward Friar John of the Mourn 40 thrones. This should allow for the purchase of materials necessary for the construction of the Orchard of the Watch; a memorial for those that died during the liberation of the Mournwold. This will allow the souls to cease lingering, put an end to the territory's haunting, and create a site of remembrance for the survivors of this blood portion of Imperial history. The spirits of myriad heroes still haunt the ruins of Overton. The fear that their sacrifice will not be remembered keeps them from their rest. • Judgement: For ten years Osgar Boarsnout has fought for the Empire with Courage and Loyalty. Starting as a simple footsoldier, Osgar was promoted to captain and then handpicked by Reidarr Bloodletter as their replacement as commander of the Heart of the Mark. For his unyielding Loyalty, Courage and Wisdom protecting the people of the Empire, the Synod awards Osgar 10 thrones. One for each year of service.

• Judgement: The Synod rewards Laurencio di Sarvos with Seven Thrones for his work supporting newcomers to Anvil, and in particular or the creation of the 'Deed of Debut'. The Deed of Debut is a document available to newcomers to Anvil that allows them to take advantage of a range of special offers provided by a variety of high-quality vendors in the League, including food, drink, archery, cicisbeos and more. This supports their introduction to Anvil, helps their money go further and supports the businesses and traders at Anvil. This rewarding could help spread this initiative to more vendors, more nations and support even more people newly arrived at Anvil.

• Judgement: Too often the labour and toil of Artisans goes uncelebrated and is taken for granted, yet through their efforts are the heros of the Empire are better protected and better able to fight for the Empire and show the Way. So I call on the Synod to reward Marcus von Temeschwar, lone artisans of the celebrated Sea Wolves, with Fifty Crowns for tirelessly working to strengthen and protect those to whom he is loyal.

• Judgement: To reward Zadkiel de Couerdefer the sum of 20 thrones for their work to create a means of communication with the hitherto unknown nation of the Elakar. Zadkiel showed unfailing Pride in their own abilities and used these to acquire donations from citizens totalling 100 thrones used to acquire 40 rings of ilium needed to establish this communication. Zadkiel intends to use this rewarding to repay some of these donations.
