Construct Landskeeper's Study
To construct the "Landskeeper's Study", a mana ministry in Oakwood, Ashbrook, Upwold. This will create the position of "Keeper of the Study" appointed annually by Marcher Senators, with the responsibility to spread knowledge of the magical arts used to enchant farms. It will cost 12 white granite and 36 crowns in labour. Self funded by prosperous citizens of the Marches.
