To build the Jarmish Weirwood docks in Cargo, to be designed by the Asavean Architect

Proposed by Kallavesa, Seconded by Redoubt

15 wains of weirwood, 15 wains of white granite, and 60 crowns provided by Olle Markusson after Winter Solstice 380YE.

-Notable features include a series of lights mounted on towers at the ends of the piers to guide ships in made to look like miniature Urizeni Spires and a fresco in the main warehouse depicting Urizeni mages in their spires watching the arrival of the ships of the Highborn.
