Tent Layout
If you’re interested in playing around with the layout, the tables we use are 6’×2.5’ (and 75cm tall).
The tent is 65' long by 40' wide, with king poles 15' apart. Our total footprint is larger than this because of our guys.
We have two main tent layouts.
Tent layout before 5 p.m. on Friday.
Tent layout after 5 p.m. on Friday.
Some additional notes:
- on Friday evening, pack handout continues on tables adjacent the player PCs, before moving to the potions desk late on Friday or first thing on Saturday
- concessions continue to live at the query computer nearest the main entrance
- pack hand-in is generally from noon on Sunday; a slips-and-baggies station gets set up on the two tables by the main exit (with hand-in typically at the potions desk)
- the coach sign-up sheet is available at the main lost property desk from 5 p.m. on Friday
- regalia (PD physreps) usually live underneath resin materials
- crew t-shirts provisionally live under the crew packs table

These are aspirational, and subject to change according to conditions on the ground:
