Games Operation Desk
The Games Operation Desk is responsible for overseeing all player related administrative functions. This includes preparation of player packs, distribution of crew meal tickets and dealing with lost property.

Responsible for all administrative functions concerning players and crew who turn up and pay on the gate.

Plot
The plot department is responsible for overseeing the story arc of the system and making sure that all plot that reaches the player base is consistent and fits in line with the world background. The plot department is split into a number of teams that have different objectives and goals within the world background.

Referee's
The referees department is responsible overseeing the application of the system rules to the player base, the safety of large scale battles and skirmishes and overseeing various elements of the downtime system.

The site crew or red caps as they are affectionately known are responsible for overseeing all OOC logistics on site as well as site health and safety.

Responsible for ensuring that all the volunteer staff are well looked after, have meal tickets and have a point of contact with whom to discuss any issues.

Responsible for ensuring the safety of the site acting as a point of contact in the event of any emergencies, dealing with lost children and acting in a crime prevention role.

Responsible for overseeing the safety of all weapons and armour used by players and monsters alike and making sure they meet the relevant criteria for use in the system.
