To commission the building of a Bounders Hall in Stockland, Upwold. This will create the title "Bailiff of the Heath", appointed annually by unanimous decision of the Marcher senators. This will cost 12 wains of white granite and 36 crowns in labour. Self funded by Prosperous citizens of the Marches.
