Motion to construct the Library of Worth in Guildenheim, Skarsind. This is a folly and will cost at least 12 white granite and 42 crowns. Funded by the Imperial Orc nation. It will allow them to add a word and symbol to their collection each season, to preserve history.

Once complete the Library of Worth will serve to establish a collection of words and symbols. The Imperial Orcs will be able to add one word and the accompanying symbol each season to the collection.
