The company have huge experience working right alongside our set-up team, with proven experience in synchronizing their operations with our own. They liaise directly with our camp planners so they know who to speak to, how the site is laid out, and exactly where your tent should go. Choosing Rent Bell Tents for your hire makes it easier for us and gives you the best possible chance that your tent will end up in exactly the right spot.

Only our crew are allowed on site before Thursday lunchtime without special approval. Due to our close working relationship with them, Rent Bell Tents are the only hire company with standing arrangements to come on site on Wednesday giving them the best chance of anyone of being able to ensure your tent is ready to use when you need it.

Having an official partner means we have a dedicated contact if there is any issue at events. That means that we can help you in the unlikely event that there is something that needs sorting. They are the only tent hire company whose service and standards we know well enough to feel confident to promote them and their tents.

Rent Bell Tents match our refund policy for events. That means you can cancel or transfer a ticket for an event if you contact them before the Wednesday before the event with only a small admin fee. We’re very proud of our refund policy and we’re very happy to be able to partner with a company that are ready to match it.

Support Our New Site

It's standard practice in the event industry to have these kind of partnership deals and to get paid for them. We’re are ringfencing the payments we receive from them and allocate 100% of the money to the development of our new permanent larp site, so if you do hire from Rent Bell Tents then you’ll also be helping us to develop a new national lrp site for the hobby!
