Construct White Roads

To construct the White Roads of Virtue's Path in Bastion, Necropolis, and Reikos. This will improve the prosperity of businesses and farms, and bring pilgrims to the hostels of Virtue's Rest. This requires a single commission based on previous designed by Johanna of Ravensfell and is self funded.

• 15 thrones and 60 wains of white granite provided by Rhesa after Summer Solstice 384YE
• 15 thrones and 60 wains of white granite provided by Rhesa after Autumn Equinox 384YE

Outcome

• Once complete the White Roads will function as great works that increase the income of farms and businesses in the territories of Bastion, Necropolis, and Reikos
