I Sagua i'Ezmara, Master of the Koboldi, am hereby announcing the construction of Giritane's Gaze, a great work supporting miners in Weirwater. It will take the form of a large white mandowla statue with glowing eyes. Enchanter Baldwin, senator of Weirwater, has agreed to provide the funding.

- Builds an immense white stone statue of a Mandowla to harness the power of a Summer regio, in Wickmoor on top a hill to the northwest of the Weirwater Vales.
- Plans include the use of two massive lightstones which will make the colossus especially visible at night
- Once completed, this Alabaster Owlbeast would provide every mine in Weirwater with a share in a bounty of 900 rings, representing precious metals and gemstones hewn from the earth alongside the magical materials the mines also produce.
