To create the House Bourné School of Couture in Sarvos. This would create the position of the Mirrored Maschieri. This folly will create the opportunity to see Sarvos rebuilt as the City of Masks. The folly will be funded in its entirety by the Looking Glass and prosperous citizens of Sarvos, with assistance from the Highborn Benefactors.

Constitution
- When originally submitted, the motion did not specify how the new Imperial title of the Mirrored Maschieri should be appointed, nor their responsibilities. The Senator for Sarvos subsequently confirmed that the title would be a Senate appointment, and that the Maschieri is responsible for acting as a champion of fashion and design right across the Empire, whilst leaving the everyday running of the school to the vice-chancellor.
