Treaty

• That the Empire does concede the Alivetti estate in Sarvos to the Sarcophan Delves.
• That this enclave shall be granted to the Bedelaar Huisbaas Vandesaar for their use.
• That the Bedelaar Huisbaas Vandersaar will leave the Tomb ruins of the Empress Giselle as an Historic landmark, ensuring its status as such.
• That the Bedelaar Huisbaas Vandersaar will pay 4 rings of ilium per season to the Imperial Holder of the Steel Fist bourse Seat in addition to any other bounty for so long as the land remind conceded
• That the Bedelaar Huisbaas will provide to the Empire, land within the Buitenlandsewijk in keeping with the requirements of the Imperial Constitution for the purpose of imperial construction
• That the Empire agrees to use said land for the construction of a Temple of the Way at a time of its choosing
