Assault		The accused, a warrant officer in the militia, assaulted Eudaemon of Halcyon Spire in the Hub. This followed an interview during which it became clear that no charges would be laid at this time against the victim for his attempt to perform a curse.		Bronislav Markovitch Wolfguard plead guilty, no clemency.		Guilty. Fined two thrones. The fine was higher because the convict was an on-duty militia officer.
Perverting the course of justice		The accused was the prime suspect in the murder of Philgar Rowan. She was the last person to see him alive and her answers to the militia (when she was cooperating at all) were contradictory in several respects.		Jemyma Rookwood of House Martell in Dawn. Plead not guilty.		Guilty. Death (committed suicide before sentence could be carried out).
Murder and resisting arrest		The accused handed himself in to the militia and confessed to his part in the battle of Crow’s Keep, fighting on the side of Dogri Thulebane. He was ordered by the Thulebane to lead his civilian followers to a new settlement and to preserve the traditions of Skarsind. He had taken so long to hand himself in because he had been busy settling these refugees from the keep.		Kali Keen Eye of Clan Saker. Plead guilty with clemency plea made by Jorma Steelhelm on grounds of Pride.		Guilty. Fined ten thrones. The magistrate directed that this money should go to aid in the founding of the new settlement.
Attempted theft and attempting to pervert the course of justice		The accused attempted to steal the notebook of Senator Bridget Eastville at the Summer Solstice 381. She was caught in the act and gave a false name to the militia when she was arraigned for trial (to take place the next day). She then failed to attend her trial. She was hunted down by the militia at the Autumn summit despite having disguised herself as a league citizen. Her identity was confirmed by the Navarr egregore.		Lorwen Splinterkin of Navarr plead guilty to both charges. She did not plead clemency.		Fined two crowns for the attempted theft and ten thrones for attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Murder		The accused murdered Earl D’Essienne many years ago. The Earl had become deranged in his later years. He forced his children to fight each other for his own cruel amusement. The accused became scared that it was only a matter of time before one of them was killed and so they killed the Earl first.		Ser Kay de Ossienne plead guilty. A plea of clemency was made on the grounds of pride and loyalty to the other members of their house.		Guilty. Fined thirty thrones.
Treason		The accused communicated accurate military intelligence to the Grendel barbarians. This intelligence included the movements of imperial armies and supplies.		Cicero of the Shaping Stars spire plead guilty no clemency.		Guilty. Sentenced to death.
Assault		The accused assaulted someone who had just placed a curse upon him.		Galbraith of the boundrymen plead guilty, no clemency.		Guilty. Fined three crowns.
Murder		Maurice de Gauvin Archmage of Autumn was killed by the accused during a battle against husks, some of whom were dressed in Dawnish House colours. Maurice's lower jaw was covered in blood at the time of the battle, and his facial features were obscured. Garavaine was dispatching downed husks to prevent them rising again, and mistook Maurice for one such. Maurice was questioned using Whispers Through the black gate, and did not see his killer. He expressed no concern that these actions may have been motivated by foul play.		Garavaine de Rondell plead guilty. Clemency was plead by Jared of the Sons of Couros on the grounds of vigilance in the urgency of the moment, but this was only partially accepted by the magistrate as the lack of care for fellow soldiers was arguably not a vigilant act.		Guilty. Fined thirty five Thrones.
Assault		At the pledge ball, the accused assaulted Silvio de Tassato after the completion of a play he had orchestrated which insulted Ancel’s love.		Ancel Steward of House Vexille plead guilty. Clemency was persuasively made on his behalf by Rane Jorunsdottir, Inquisitor of Pride.		Guilty. Fined 1 crown.
Six counts of assault and false imprisonment		The accused had beaten and captured half a dozen local imperial citizens for their own purposes in Skarsind.		Two orcs of the Thule. Their names have not been entered into the record. Plead not guilty.		Guilty. Fined 8 and 4 crowns. However when it became clear they could not pay they were executed.
