Create Senate power of relinquishment II
To create Senate power of Relinquishment. To allow a senator to raise a motion to relinquish the territory they represent, or an Imperial Bourse position or National Bourse Position located in their territory. Any motion of relinquishment would require a Constitutional vote to pass and would be subject to a veto by the General Assembly, the Assembly of Nine, and by the National Assembly of the nation relinquishing the territory or resource (if it were not Imperial.)
