Disbursement of funds for Imperial Levy Autumn 383YE

In a time of unprecedented military crisis, where there is no time to raise armies nor construct forts, a levy of soldiers is required from the citizenry to plug the shortfall of soldiers.

A sum of between 25-100 thrones is requested, dependant upon the will of the Senate, to raise an Imperial Levy from amongst the citizenry of Anvil to support the Imperial war effort, persecute its foes, and defend its lands.
