Amendment

• Following an amendment to this motion the Asavean architect, Almodin Oktístis, has begun work on this construction

Campaign Outcome

During the autumn Equinox 381YE, powerful magic was used to greatly increase the speed of construction allowing the fortification to be completed in nine months rather than a year.
