Rules

• Form: Staff.
• Effect: Once per day you may cast any spell you know for no mana cost.
• Materials: Crafting a staff of the magi requires twenty-one measures of iridescent gloaming, eleven ingots of dragonbone,nine ingots of tempest jade, seven ingots of orichalcum, four measures of beggar's lye. It takes one month to make one of these items.
