For any queries regarding the IC timetabling at events you can talk to the civil service staff in the Hub.

Citizen Bookings

Citizens can request to book Civil Service spaces, as detailed here. Official meetings organised by the Civil Service are listed in darker shading, whilst such citizen-organised meetings are shown in a lighter colour, as below.

The names of individuals responsible for each booking are published on an in-character version of the timetable which will be available in the Hub throughout the event.
