Judgement 20
- Assembly: Vigilance
- Raised By: Lochias
- Judgement: Major Benson knew that the reward for a good job is more work, and his inspiration teaches us to be alert to danger before it strikes. We send Lochias of the Scarlet Guard with 25 doses of liao to urge people to learn more about the sects of Axos and the ruins of Solokha
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (384-0)
- Enacted:
Judgement 25
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Alessi of the Basilisks of the Labyrinth
- Judgement: These souls trapped in Solokha are an anathema to the Way and should be free to traverse the labyrinth and be reborn. We send Alessi of the Basilisks of the Labyrinth with 25 doses of liao to encourage Imperial priests to support the exorcists of Axos in cleansing the haunted ruin of its taint. The need to help those trapped souls to reach the Labyrinth outweighs the risks of cooperating with the blasphemous and heretical priests of Axos.
- Outcome: Upheld (1384-78)
- Enacted:
- Notes: This mandate was in competition with Judgement 43
Judgement 26
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Estella Lucati
- Judgement: Nothing great is without cost. We send Estella Lucati with a dose of true liao to consecrate the Atrium of Golden Light in the Capodomus Cathedral to Ambition. No price is too high to realise our dreams.

- Outcome: Upheld (1455-36)
- Enacted:
Judgement 43
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Neala Blackhawk
- Judgement: These souls trapped in Solokha are an anathema to the Way and should be free to traverse the labyrinth and be reborn. We send Neala Blackhawk with 25 doses of liao to encourage Imperial priests to support the exorcists of Axos in cleansing the haunted ruin of its taint. The need to help those trapped souls to reach the Labyrinth outweighs the risks of cooperating with the blasphemous and heretical priests of Axos.
- Outcome: Withdrawn at request of raising priest (432-510)
- Notes: This mandate was in competition with Judgement 25
Judgement 127

We send Ira Ashes Blaze with 25 doses of liao to watch those travelling to Solokha and make a full accounting of them so that we might uncover those who embrace wickedness.
- Outcome: Upheld (312-38)
- Enacted:
Judgement 171
- Assembly: Vigilance
- Raised By: Asteria of Ocean Kite’s Roost
- Judgement: We prepare for malice, but must always thwart malice before it strikes against you. We send Asteria of Ocean Kite’s Roost with 25 liao to Asolat to urge all vigilant citizens to seek out threats and drag them into the light. Of particular note are cults of Blood on Snow
- Outcome: Upheld (250-0)

Judgement 205
- Assembly: Imperial Orc
- Raised By: Ashborn Atla
- Judgement: Our people know the worth of all things. This assembly sends Ashborn Atla with 25 doses if liao to urge the Sunstorm sept to find a way to help in Feroz. Let us show them what this help was worth to us and rebuild stronger.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority
- Enacted:
Writ of Consecration
Writ of Excommunication
Judgement 7
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Claude Deeds
- Judgement: Archavion Wolfborn's deeds are sickening and abhorrent - he must face the Writ of Excommunication, Synod's most severe judgement. The General illegally ordered the mass murder of all Rahvin Orcs who defended their home, The Fangs. Rahvin are Foreigners, staunch enemies of the Druj: former slaves, who Courageously freed themselves. Archavion spat in Synod's face: his National Assembly voted the Rahvin should not be attacked. He claims they were a grave threat. This is a lie, and he knows it. His orders reek of False Virtues. For Fear and Hatred he urged an entire army on to vile acts in the Barrens. It is an outrage to our Faith. He has done the Druj's work for them. Synod cannot permit a liar corrupted by Fear and Hatred to order our soldiers to murder the Courageous, then call himself Vigilant to cover his tracks. Pass this Writ, stripping him of the right to bear any Imperial title. Let he who has endangered so many now be Vigilant for his own soul.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (2270-224)
Revocation
Judgement 27
- Assembly: Dawnish
- Raised By: Earl Tegwen Berinore
- Judgement: Dawn will not stand with a general that, in our Emperor's words, turned to lawlessness because he lacked the skill to execute his vision any other way. He has hurt our nation in his weakness. The Dawnish Assembly revokes Archavion Wolfborne from General of the Gryphon's Pride for leading his army against the Rahvin, an orc sept of the Barrens, foreigners protected under and afforded the benefits of Imperial law.
- Outcome: Upheld (316-20)
Inquisition
Sanction
Judgement 22
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Leliel, Daughter of Armisael
- Judgement - Penance: Luke's past life vision, and the associated experimental theology tied to it has been investigated. It has been determined that the strong Loyalty dedication that spontaneously manifested was more closely connected to the experiment. This was exacerbated by Luke's then-inexperience in Virtue. It would be best for Luke if this dedication was removed, and he served the following penance; to serve in each of the Virtue Assemblies for a season, until he can express on Virtue as his own.
- Outcome: Upheld (178-64)
- Notes: Whilst such a penance might be willingly taken on by Luke, there is no legal requirement for him to do so.
Recognition
The following judgements of recognition will be raised during the summit.
Judgement 4
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Jared of the Sentinel's Tower
- Judgement: We Recognise Ravadi Founder's Dance as an exemplar of Vigilance. Pilgrimage - They left Dawn to join the Founder's Dance Striding in Navarr, and walked the original path of the Exemplars Navarr and Thorn when the Trods were first created, guarding the world against the Vallorn threat with every step. Legacy - As Champion of Vigilance they were a driving force to forge mere titles into a cohesive organisation worthy to Inspire the Empire, several other Champions have pointed to this as Ravadi's Legacy. Benevolence - In sacrificing their dreams for a year to hunt down Bawn-Watch the Champion's Shield they would never hold, on behalf of every Champion that would follow after. Inspiration - Their Inspirational Vigilance was recognised by the Assembly in their appointment to Champion, and many priests of Vigilance will attest to this and their work that followed, seek us out.
- Outcome: Upheld (1126-219)
Judgement 5
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Jedediah Boon
- Judgement: We recognise the leaders of the Ore Hills rebellion of 326YE; Esme Hooper, Mary Digger, Ezekial "Zeke" Boon, Henry Killinghall, Maggie John, and Tom John as Exemplars of Pride. Pilgrimage: Zeke Boon with Maggie and Tom John undertook pilgrimage to Bastion in 318YE. Salvation: They turned the miners away from descent into Hatred, uplifting them to Prideful action, saving their lives and souls. Benevolence: They acted to prevent the starvation of the miners of Ore Hills, leading the Rebellion to take the supplies needed. Legacy: The songs of the Ore Hills, the Scythe of Shepherds, and Mary Digger's execution site remain; a Great Work is being constructed to follow. Inspiration: They inspired the Ore Hills Rebellion itself; in death their deeds Inspired the rising of the Ore Hills miners to resist the Jotun occupation of 386YE. Plan. Arm. Enchant. Resist. Exalt. Remember.
- Outcome: Upheld (1053-808)
Judgement 12
- Assembly: Loyalty
- Raised By: Dagon of the Shattered Tower
- Judgement: We recognise Alberto Acciai, Martyr of Marilen, as an Exemplar of Loyalty, with the following signs: Benevolence: Inspired by his cousin Amika, Alberto led a rebellion of slaves in the mines surrounding Marilen. Alberto was a vintner, and freed these slaves solely in pursuit of Virtue rather than riches. Inspiration: After the rebellion, Alberto led the liberated miners to the city of Marilen, where they took over the city and slew its rulers, resolving to destroy the two coming armies of the Plenum in Virtue. Salvation: In freeing these slaves, Albero was able to teach them and the people of Marilen the Way of Virtue and the use of liao, spreading our shared faith across the oppressed of the Archipelago. Legacy: Based on correspondence with Rafael Barossa d'Apulian, we know that Alberto could have fled. Instead, out of Loyalty to those he had freed, he gave his life to ignite Virtue across Asavea.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (314-20)

Judgement 6
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Jonah Yakovitch
- Judgement: Prince Bishop Yakovitch, Priest of Vigilance, seeks the support of the General Assembly to reward the exemplary Pride of Lorenzo Le Volpe. He, who took his vast wealth and as an example to us all, performed numerous acts of benevolence. Via 21 great works he built across the Empire, he continues to raise up the wealth, mana, and spiritual guidance of citizens in every nation. Let us inspire citizens to follow in his footsteps with this rewarding. In all Lorenzo did, he left the blood red mark of the Butchers Guild, therefore, I call the Synod to recognise and reward Lorenzo's pride by supporting the creation of the Blood Red Counting Houses with a reward of 38 thrones to demonstrate our support for these legacies. The Blood Red Counting Houses will allow virtuous citizens to echo Lorenzo's benevolence and donate to the virtue fund.

- Notes: A partial provision was made for payment, amounting to 55 thrones, 1 crown, and 16 rings
Special Considerations
The following considerations should be borne in mind when bringing judgements before the Imperial Synod during the Winter Solstice.
| Assembly | Consideration | Link | Duration |
| All Assemblies | Statements that prioritise the greater good over personal loyalties are less effective. | Eyes of Loyalty | Ongoing |
| All Assemblies | Statements that try to compel Loyalty will fail. | Eyes of Loyalty | Ongoing |
| All Assemblies | Revocations and Excommunications for disloyalty to the nation or Empire risk causing dissent. | Eyes of Loyalty | Ongoing |
| All Assemblies | Any mandate that does not pass with a greater majority will have limited or no effect on Urizen or Varushka. It is not impossible that a mandate might lead to a response in one of the two nations, but it won't lead to any immediate consequences for the people of the nation. | Urizen Link Varushka Link | Ongoing |
| All Assemblies | Statements that stress the need to follow Imperial law rather than virtue will be unlikely to lead to a mandate. | Knocking on every door | Ongoing |
| League Assembly | No statement of principle raised by the League Assembly that calls on citizens to support a different cause will have an effect. | The war of thorns and flowers | Until Spring 388YE |
| Varushkan Assembly | No statement of principle raised by the Varushkan Assembly that calls on citizens to support a different cause will have an effect. | The war of thorns and flowers | Until Spring 388YE |
