To improve the Vigilant Swan, a White Granite bourse seat in Riverwatch, Reikos, with the aid of Manse of the Lionsmith. This will create a 3000 strong fort to defend the region, with no upkeep, and does not take a commission. Costing 20 mithril, 20 ilium and 120 crowns.
