• 20 wains of weirwood
• 120 crowns in labour costs (increased from 100 Crowns due to the under-developed quality of Ossium)
• Three months to construct
• 5 Thrones each season upkeep

Outcome

• Once complete, this would remove the underpopulated quality from Nearweald in Ossium.
• While the upkeep was paid, it would provide an additional defending order to Varushkan armies in Ossium, Hospitality of the Boyars.
• While the upkeep was paid, it would allow Varushkan armies to be raised in Ossium in nine months rather than a year
