To create the House Bourné School of Couture in Sarvos. This would create the position of the Mirrored Maschien. This folly will create the opportunity to see Sarvos rebuilt as the City of Masks. The folly will be funded in its entirety by the Looking Glass and prosperous citizens of Sarvos, with assistance from the Highborn Benefactors.
