Overview

The Conclave Liaison to the Senate is an Imperial Title appointed by the conclave.

The title was created at the Winter Solstice summit of 377YE, and Concordia Sforza of Sarvos appointed to the position by declaration of the Conclave.

Responsibilities of the Conclave Liaison

The Liaison is expected to take responsibility for providing the Senate with advice on magical matters.

Powers of the Conclave Liaison to the Senate

Right of Address

The Conclave Liaison has the Right of Address to make a formal presentation to the Senate.

To use this power, the Liaison informs the Civil Service that they wish to address the Senate. Their address will be added to the agenda for the next Senate Session.

Selection of the Liaison

The Liaison is appointed by declaration of the Conclave. They remain in post until replaced or they step down. Any Imperial citizen may hold the post.

Removing the Liaison

The Liaison is replaced by declaration of the Conclave. The Liason cannot be revoked by the Synod.

History

The first Conclave Liaison to the Senate was Concordia Sforza of the Carta Bellamarina of Sarvos.
