Crimes Description Accused & plea Verdict & punishment
Attempted Murder, assault The accused assaulted the victim with intent to kill in Therunin prior to the winter summit. The victim is believed to have been a member of the Heirs of Terunael and dedicated to the false virtue of vengeance. The accused was stopped in their attack by others and the victim was healed. The victim was killed in a later unrelated incident and a number of their possessions were found to be hallowed to vengeance. The accused handed themselves in. Georg of Broken Bough plead guilty. Clemency was plead by Rhishart Dancewalker on the grounds of loyalty.

Assault The accused, while possessed by the spirit of his ancestor, launched an unprovoked assault against the victim inside the orc camp. Prior to the attack he yelled “You look like a fish I want to eat you”. The victim was of naga lineage. Grud the unchained plead guilty with no clemency.

Four crown fine
Treason The accused, during a skirmish against the Jotun, was asking the fallen Jotun if they thought they had done enough to cross the Abyss. One replied they had not and the accused healed him on his promise that he would not take up arms against the empire again. The others he left. A complaint was raised by General Crolle (who led the skirmish) and who ordered him not to heal the enemy. The main basis of the clemency plea was that it is virtuous to help others to achieve virtue. Sagramore de Gauvin plead guilty. A clemency plea was made by Skywise Tulva, Cardinal of the Way on the grounds of Courage
Guilty.

He did say that he had agreed with Skywise Tulva to raise this issue with the Synod and attempt to develop an imperial policy.
Murder The accused murdered the victim, Obadiah, at Upwold before the winter summit. They were searching for missing children, directly implicating Obadiah in the deaths of said children. The remains of children were found, including a bow crafted of human bones and winter magic. Details of the possible rituals used by Obadiah will be passed to the Conclave. Wyatt Longbrook and Bree Talbot plead guilty. Brother Martin Orchard plead clemency on grounds of Vigilance.

Theft, assault, impersonating a militia officer The accused were identified among about a dozen Navarr who attacked and robbed the imperial Fleetmaster Esteban I Del Rio Blanco I Guerra who was accompanying a Grendel delegation in Anvil under a flag of peace in order to trade. They also admitted to impersonating a militia officer as part of their line of work in order to gain trust. The amount stolen was of about a dozen thrones in value. Magistrate Cooper will be asking Skywise Fal, the Imperial Consul and Esteban I Guerra if they wish to file civil cases as both citizens recompensed the Grendel for the items stolen.

Assault The accused assaulted Grud the unchained in the Orc fighting pit following a verbal confrontation following the loss of his compatriot. Grud did not want to press charges.

It was deemed there was no case to answer.

Attempted murder and assault The victim, Santana, was approached by four Navarr including the two accused. Ravada proclaimed Santana was a heretic. Santana was insighted and found to be dedicated to the false virtue of purity. The accused assaulted Santana and also Finna of the Brass Coast when she tried to defend her. Events then moved to the Hub where Adeaphon attempted to murder Santana. Ravadi Lonestrider and Adeaphon of Stormbrook Striding of Navarr plead guilty with clemency plead on the grounds of vigilance Hwyl Summercrow

Fined five thrones due to a very persuasive clemency plea.
Sale of Bite The accused sold ten bite to Cynestan of Winteremark when they met in the Boars Head in Navarr. Tamme von Holberg plead guilty with no clemency.

Fined ten thrones.
Possession of Bite The accused bought ten doses of bite from Tamme von Holburg. The accused was clearly a severe bite addict and it was accepted that this was for personal use. Cynestan of Wintermark plead guilty with no clemency. Fined 4 crowns.


Heresy, abuse of powers and blasphemy The accused was condemned by the Brass Coast National assembly for the religious crimes of heresy, excommunication without a writ, anointing citizens to Hatred, and spreading the false virtues of Purity and Hate.
Santana of the Kohan.


Plead Guilty. No clemency.
