• Work on this commission cannot begin without explicit permission from the current owner of the Hall of White Ravens. The civil service is continuing to seek confirmation that this permission has been received.
• The great work, once completed, will provide 12 liao and 25 votes in the Imperial Synod spread amongst those citizens of Skarsind who own congregations each season, following attendance at the Anvil Summit
