• Permission to create a College of Magic in Morrow, specialising in Summer magic.
• Corvus, Archmage of Summer, was called as an expert witness.
• The college will be constructed with the aid and patronage of the eternal Meraud, and thus does not use the standard costs.
• At completion, a powerful ritual would be used to create a Summer regio in the grounds of the new college.
• No funding was sought
