Rules
- Form: Wand.
- Effect: You may spend one mana to compell a target touched by the wand to speak only the truth for five minutes.
- Materials: Crafting a Seer's Probe requires seven ingots of weltsilver, five portions of iridescent gloaming and three ingots of tempest jade. It takes one month to make one of these items.
