Outcome
Now complete, it is no longer possible for a warband to sabotage the bridge. Given sufficient time, an enemy army could still destroy the bridge if they controlled the regions on both sides of the river and a season to spare. But short of that, attacking the bridge is now practically impossible. In addition, if one of Torres or Bocche were lost then the Empire would be able to maintain military control of the Spiders Dream. This means the Empire can use the bridge to overcome the limit of claiming a beachhead when invading Torres from Bocche, and vice-versa.
