Outcome

• Now that all necessary funds have been provided, and thanks to Hammers of Fury, the third army of the Imperial Orcs will finish raising in time for the general to be elected for the first time at the Spring Equinox 386YE. Due to it being raised early it will not immediately have an army quality and will only be able to take the standard army orders.
