To transform the Grand Library of Canterspire and cede it to the Eternal Phaleron in line with proposals from its archivists, securing it in perpetuity against harm or invasion, and creating the institution of Urizen Lore, which will act as a lasting monument to the nation’s magical Ambition and Pride.
