That the Senate commission the construction of a business Sinecure in Holberg to be known as "Georgies Home for Goodest Dogs". This shall be assigned annually by the League Senators.

+The sinecure is a large kennels and dogs home in Holfried, Holberg, which takes in the majority of the strays in the city. These dogs are given a comfortable life with lots of bones, walks and postmen to attack; in return they are trained up for a variety of roles such as guard dogs, customs sniffers etc. All, however are trained to function as ratters so that if Holberg were to ever come under siege from the Druj again the city's food supplies would be kept safe from the vermin pushed ahead of the Druj armies.
+The Home was built by the coven The Withering Gaze in honour of their long dead and beloved doggo Georgie, who was one of the original three members of the mountebank coven. Rumours still persist to this day as to the true nature of Georgie, and also as to how exactly a charitable home for stray dogs manages to make such a tidy and consistent profit.
