- This commission will be overseen by Almodin Oktístis, Priest of the Builder.
- The Iron Qanat and Water Tower provides significant benefits once complete.
- The Brass Coast would be able to support an additional army or navy.
- Red Plains Farm and the Golden Terraces would immediately be upgraded by a level.
- The Water Tower protects the Iron Qanat as a rank one fortification.
- If the Water Tower were captured or destroyed, the benefits provided by the Iron Qanat would be immediately lost.
