To create the new sinecure of the Sylvihrafn Crystal Henge, to produce Mana.

- 10 wains of mithril and 2 Thrones supplied by Jorma Steelhail, Senator for Skarsind after Autumn Equinox 378.
Campaign Outcome
- When complete, the sinecure will automatically create the title of Keeper of Sylvihrafyn.
Constitution
- Sinecures are life-time appointments.
- The title will be a National position, appointed by unanimous decision of the Senators for Wintermark.
- The title will be able to be revoked by the Wintermark assembly, the General assembly and the Assembly of nine.
