Rules
- Form: Paraphernalia
- Effect: Once per day the coven may perform a Winter ritual that does not count towards their daily limit of rituals performed.
- Materials: Crafting the barren land requires five ingots of tempest jade, five measures of beggar's lye, three ingots of green iron and three measures of dragonbone. It takes one month to make one of these items.
