Now that the reconstruction is complete the Golden Cascade provides a share of 100 random herbs to farms and 30 crowns to herb gardens in Zenith
Now that the Golden Cascade has been rebuilt it provides a significant boost to food supply all across Urizen meaning that Urizen can continue to fully supply the Citadel Guard indefinitely, even if they lost all access to Spiral, provided Urizen retains control of all three current Urizen territories.
