Overview
At each summit the Bourse selects citizens to fill all Imperial positions that are vacant through an open auction called the Tally of the Votes. Major Bourse titles are often referred to as Bourse "seats". The tally only applies to the Bourse titles that are national positions; the Imperial seats that are vacant are elected by Auction of the Seats.
Participation in the Tally of the Votes is open to all Imperial citizens who have an eligible resource.
Schedule
