Change of doctrine
No change of doctrine was proposed during the Summer Solstice summit.
Veto
The veto was not sought during the Summer Solstice 383YE.
Statement of principle
The following statements of principle were presented to the assemblies of the Imperial Synod. TBC of these statements achieved a Greater Majority, meaning they will be distributed to appropriate assemblies.
Judgement 12
- Assembly: Prosperity Virtue
- Raised By: Bartimaeus
- Judgement: The Sand Fishers have begun the slow recovery from the tortures inflicted on the Druj. The Prosperity assembly calls upon its priests, and all those who trade with these foreigners to set prosperous prices and trade fairly - to teach and demonstrate the first tenant of Prosperity. Strive, toil, and claim the just rewards of your labours.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (226 - 10)
Judgement 14
- Assembly: Alderai
- Raised By: General Assembly
- Judgement: Honour is a Jotun concept. Negotiating so-called honour duels with barbarians is not only treason (except where Ambassadorial privilege applies) it is also Idolatry.
- Outcome: Not upheld (334 - 1066)
Judgement 18
- Assembly: Varushka National
- Raised By: Nisha Strascovich
- Judgement: The Varushkan assembly recognises the virtues of the citizens of Varushka. Your COURAGE, VIGILANCE, and WISDOM in fighting the dark magics, wolves, and monsters. Your AMBITION and LOYALTY that enables the Empire to proser aas you hold back the MONSTROUS TIDE from your unsuspecting neighbours. RISE UP! And raise a toast to Varushka and the Empire!
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (160 - 0)
Judgement 19
- Assembly: General Assembly
- Raised By: Vindictus
- Judgement: The Grey Pilgrimage rose to challenge the greatest spiritual threat to the Empire. It would be an affront to Pirde, Loyalty, Courage, and Wisdom if these pilgrims were restrained or dissuaded in their dedication to spreading doctrine and combating heresy. It is a tragic shame that any theological debate brought about by the pilgrimage has provoked such a combative response from our brothers and sisters from other national assemblies. It is in these drastic times that Loyalty to each other and the Empire must overcome these small differences. We urge the General Assembly not to spurn or reject the grey pilgrims. These are highborn citizens following their very nature. We are better than this.
- Outcome: Upheld (960 -528C)
Judgement 21
- Assembly: Dawn National
- Raised By: Darien Numbers
- Judgement: When Empress Richilde stood for Queen of Dawn, none would take the field against her. No-one wanted their name or their house to be ranked as opposition, nor to question that she was a fit candidate. However, there were fourteen among them who understood that to win uncontested is less glorious than to best even the most meagre of challenges. Those fourteen knights were the first Black Knights, and by adopting anonymity as they stood against Richilde they sacrificed their personal glory, and one's life, to ensure that the tourney was held and that all others that took part had change to demonstrate their worth and earn their legends. We will never know their identity, or that of any who continue the tradition. But we can acknowledge and applaud their sacrifices, and we can encourage others to put aside their own glory or histories if necessary; to ensure that hereafter no contest of any kind in Dawn is won without sufficiently glorious challenge. Long may the tradition of Black Knights continue, long may they provide us resplendent contests, long may we praise these anonymous examples of the spirit of Dawn.
- Outcome: Upheld with Greater Majority (110 - 0)
Judgement 26
- Assembly: Highguard National
- Raised By: Sister Tabitha
- Judgement: Reikos has finally been fully retaken, all Highborn territory is now in our hands again. Now is the time for rebuilding what was lost - we remember that wood burns but stone endures. This assembly calls for a great period of building - both to rebuild Reikos and to build a permanent legacy across all of Highguard. Architects, engineers, builders, benefactors, and labourers should come together to show the world the Pride and Prosperity of the Highborn.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (501 - 0)
Judgement 29
- Assembly: Dawn National
- Raised By: Mordred
- Judgement: Issuing the following poem: "Whose name should Troubadours resound? Across the waters and the land? The king beneath the stony ground of gold and gemstones, Adamant... Above the shining Semmerlak, an edifice of granite stands, unbreakable by foe's attack, the glorious work of Adamant. O king! Forgive our tardiness, in giving you your proper due, and let express we with this verse our graitude and thanks to you."
- Outcome: Upheld (66 - 0)
Judgement 33
- Assembly: General Assembly
- Raised By: Jericho
- Judgement: Jericho of the Suns of Couros - I seek approval from the Imperial Synod for my pilgrimage to visit the burial places of the Empire and to talk to those who have lost dear friends and family in service to the Empire's war effort. I do this as custodian of the Imperial War Memorial and the holder of the Book of the Dead. I will do this as an old soldier and priest to support all nations in honouring our war dead and in service of the Empire.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (1496 - 72)
Judgement 39
- Assembly: Able
- Raised By: Highguard National
- Judgement: The rejection of the Grey Pilgrims by the Marcher assembly is an act of cowardice and disloyalty. The tenants of Courage tell us to despise cowardice that leads to inaction - as the Marchers have shown no attempt to learn and grow - and the tenants of Loyalty call upon us to build up our fellows. To help and aid them, the Highborn assembly calls upon the grey pilgrims, and all wayfarers of the faith to look to the example of Permion - cowardice and corruption must be challenged when it is found no matter the opposition. We must help our Marcher cousins to find the Way once more. If their assembly is not up to the task, we will do it for them.
- Outcome: Upheld (253 - 246)
Judgement 41
- Assembly: Loyalty Virtue
- Raised By: Jared of the Suns of Couros
- Judgement: Pilgrims of Loyalty in the Empire hear the voice of tour assembly! Know thy heart but always remember the examples of the Bolstering Bill and Cora Holdfast in helping those in need. The Empire has an influx of new citizens who are liberated former slaves. help them find their place and their new start by offering what support you can give.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (360 - 0)
Judgement 42
- Assembly: Highguard National
- Raised By: Cimeies of Felix's Watch
- Judgement: To recognise someone as an Exemplar is to submit them to the Synod as someone to be spoken highly of, whose Virtuous deeds should be extolled, and to use them as inspiration for others. This is exaltation. To recognise someone as an Exemplar is to submit them to the Synod as someone who should be regarded with great respect, to revere and admire them, and someone who should be held in high regard. This is veneration. To worship, exalt, or venerate an inhuman spirit is idolatry. The recognition of inhuman Exemplars and the idea that they should be taught to human congregations as equal to human exemplars is idolatry.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (313 - 112)
Judgement 43
- Assembly: General Assembly
- Raised By: Hazelelponi of the Shattered Tower
- Judgement: Our Empire has Wisdom spread to it from all kinds of priests, whose role it is to travel our Empire and spread The Way. Guides, Wayfarers, Bishops, Questors, Troubadours, Stormcrows; all have their own unique ways of spreading the Way, and are vigilant in their teachings and questionings. The Grey Pilgrims are a new addition to our travelling priests and should still take inspiration from them. To act to impede any of them in their responsibility would be to subvert Human Destiny.
- Outcome: Not upheld; withdrawn (834 - 424) Withdrawn at request of raising priest
Judgement 49
- Assembly: Loyalty Virtue
- Raised By: Asher
- Judgement: While only the virtuous can choose the loyalty of their own heart, the Loyalty Assembly applauds those people and organisations that seek to inspire Loyalty in others.
- Outcome: Upheld (196 - 0)
Judgement 46
- Assembly: Nine
- Raised By: Empress Lisabetta von Holberg
- Judgement: Pilgrimage takes us on a journey to the heart of our Imperial faith. I ask citizens of the Empire to consider whether they should undertake pilgrimage - in the understanding that this may take many forms whether of the body, mind, or spirit, unique to each person's path of virtue. I ask this, that we may, as an Enlightened Empire, find new insights to help us overcome our many challenges. As the Throne, I commit myself to undertake a pilgrimage of Wisdom.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (6 - 0)
Judgement 48
- Assembly: Brass Coast National
- Raised By: Tiana i Zaydan i Riqueza
- Judgement: Supporting the freedom to choose your own cirtuous path is what it means to be Freeborn. We will not tell you what to do with your fleets, but let your virtue guide you. Both trading and privateering can be prosperous as long as we remember the teachings of Zemress. After raiding. she gave a share to those who worked hard with her. She offered opportunity to all willing to work. She claimed a righteous bounty from the enemies of the Empire. She invested her personal wealth in projects, in her community. Whether you raid of trade be like Zemress.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (170 - 0)
Judgement 49
- Assembly: Urizen National
- Raised By: Galene Netherwatch
- Judgement: The assembly wishes to thank everyone involved, including the eternal Adamant, in the creation of the Three Watchers. We must not subsume our will to inhuman forces, but nor should we fear to act where cooperation with an eternal can support virtuous endeavours.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (80 - 0)
Judgement 52
- Assembly: Wintermark National
- Raised By: Jorma Steelhail
- Judgement: We choose Raknar Ravenstorm, Eyes of the North, liberator of slaves, he that led the recovery of the Bloodcloak, Thane of Stormspire, as the Warden of the Great Raid upon Ikka's Tears. Heroes will march, names made, chains broken. For our peopl! For Saga! For Skein we march! We Raid!
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (164 - 10)
Judgement 57
- Assembly: Ambition Virtue
- Raised By: Ranae de Rondell
- Judgement: The Road to virtue rises high/Hard to travel, yet we must try/We stand together that we might/Reach up into the very sky. We believe that all benefit from the support, challenge, and celebration of the Synod. A core mechanic for this is the call to inquisition. Respect this process.
- Outcome: Upheld (80 - 0)
Judgement 63
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Medea Ruth Irremais
- Judgement: The Prosperous do not hoard knowledge, and the Courageous speak their minds. The Whisper Gallery would have us skulk in secrecy. We encourage citizens to share their knowledge, feelings, and beliefs. Wisdom calls on us to test our thoughts, by sharing them with others. Weaken the Whisper Gallery.
- Outcome: Upheld (1139 - 161)
Judgement 65
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Pallidius of Highwatch
- Judgement: We the Synod invite any interested parties from the Iron Confederacy to visit the Highwatch Camp within Urizen at Anvil, so they can gain understanding of the details of the True Way. We further encourage priests of the Way to meet the visitors and aid in their education.
- Outcome: Upheld (786 - 276)
Judgement 67
- Assembly: Navarr
- Raised By: Brat Umbral Path
- Judgement: Due to the connection to the vallorn, Navarr briars should not be given the freedom to interfere with the war against our great enemy. As such, the nation should not vote for them to assume Imperial positions.
- Outcome: Not Upheld by a Greater Majority (14 - 146)
Judgement 69
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Rylar
- Judgement: The Synod encourages Imperial artisans to travel and teach free citizens of Otkodov their art, provided this secures the release of the Runesmiths the Thule hold as slaves.
- Outcome: Upheld (870 - 38)
Judgement 70
- Assembly: Navarr National
- Raised By: Corey Wayfarer
- Judgement: This assembly asks the nation to examine its loyalties and consider supporting fellow Navarr in Brocéliande and Liathaven to stay in their homes following the casting of Wither the Seed.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (158 - 8)
Judgement 72
- Assembly: Highguard National
- Raised By: Lev Unbound
- Judgement: Inquisition is good for the soul. People of Highguard should approach their priests and other priests to undergo an inquisition. Priests of Highguard should seek out citizens and submit them to an inquisition to illuminate the virtue of their actions and work.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (452 - 186)
Judgement 74
- Assembly: Highguard National
- Raised By: Raziel of the Shattered Tower
- Judgement: We appoint Raziel of the Shattered Tower to act as a point of contact between the Highborn generals and their National Assembly.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (436 - 10)
Judgement 76
- Assembly: Raelyn Holdfast
- Raised By: Navarr National
- Judgement: We the Navarr assembly recognise that the briars among us are human, capable of Virtue, and citizens of the Empire. To prevent them from standing for or holding Imperial Positions based on their lineage instead of their actions runs directly counter to the teachings of Pride, Ambition, and the Doctrine of Human Destiny.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (150 - 8)
Judgement 77
- Assembly: Wisdom National
- Raised By: Absalom
- Judgement: Wisdom instructs us to act on the knowledge we have, to make the best choice with the information available. To ignore what we have discovered in order to support and maintain a notion of tradition is folly. Imperial positions should be appointed on virtue, not on unwritten traditions.
- Outcome: Upheld (160 - 24); Greater Majority missed by 3 votes
Judgement 78
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Vasili Zoryakovich Zverokaz
- Judgement: There are no virtuous arguments to be made for slavery. We the General Assembly encourage those who take Asavean coin to suppress slave revolts to consider their immortal spirits.
- Outcome: Upheld (1361 - 32)
Judgement 79
- Assembly: Wintermark National
- Raised By: Elvar Vulfson
- Judgement: We have Pride in our shared history and heritage between Suaq and Hylje. The Hylje have demonstrated their Loyalty and Courage as has been recognised. It is time for the people of Wintermark to match such Loyalty and display Vigilance and Prosperity though action. We encourage all Suaq to reach out to the Hylje where they can do safely and respectfully to reconnect via this shared heritage and offer aid to them where it is needed.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (214 - 0)

- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Harwyn Hollowatcher

- Outcome: Upheld (1385 - 0)
Judgement 84
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Vukomir Maryankovitch Zverokaz

- Outcome: Upheld (1035 - 36)
Judgement 85
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Nira of Cantiarch's Hold
- Judgement: I am a priest of Courage. I am also an artisan. It is my Ambition to craft a Litany of the Labyrinth using ilium for each nation so that there will be an enduring way for each nation to protect the souls of its citizens and ensure their passage to the Labyrinth. It will be left to each nation to select the appropriate sect and oath. I call upon the Synod and Empire to look to their Prosperity to support this virtuous proejct through the donation of ilium and coin to Nira of Cantiarch's Hold for the crafting of lasting Litany of the Labyrinth reliquaries for each nation. Orc priest shave been consulted and an appropriate item will be made for the Imperial Orc nation to ensure their souls achieve the passage intended by their people.
- Outcome: Upheld (809 - 126)
Judgement 87
- Assembly: Navarr National
- Raised By: Berry Shatterhorn
- Judgement: The people of Navarr should call out (and not display) any behaviour which discriminates against the Highguard, as this shows a lack of respect for their Prosperoty and Loyalty in aiding the formation of Navarr's third army.
- Outcome: Upheld (78 - 16)
Judgement 92
- Assembly: Pride Virtue
- Raised By: Josephine of Adina's Charge
- Judgement: "Pride inspires others, it does not demean them." People all over the Empire judge and demean briars for what they are rather than what they do. This is a massive failing of Pride and we encourage everyone to challenge any who would demean briars based on their lineage alone.

Mandate
The following mandates were passed during the Summer Solstice. Where there are competing mandates, the one that passes with the largest margin is successful and all other competing mandates are considered to have failed.
Judgement 4
- Assembly: Highguard National
- Raised By: Ain of the Shattered Tower
- Judgement: A virtuous life leads the faithful to further righteous action but vile behaviour spreads just as easily if not checked. Blasphemy, idolatry, and heresy have been allowed to spread unchecked through the Empire for too long. We send Vashti of the Shattered Tower with 50 doses of liao to commit every citizen in Highguard to the struggle to eradicate the seeds of corruption from the Empire before they can flourish.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (560 - 14). Enacted. The current reduction in attendance in Highborn congregations will cease; for the coming year statements of principle in the Highborn Assembly that do not directly address matters of orthodoxy and false beliefs in the Empire will be significantly less likely to result in a mandate.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 5
- Assembly: Loyalty Virtue
- Raised By: Anastasiya Volkov
- Judgement: We urge pilgrims to know their heart and what commands its devotion above all else. We send Anastasiya Volkov with 75 doses of liao to warn pilgrims against those who seek to compel their loyalty and urge them to keep faith with those they are loyal to, whatever it takes.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (233- 18). Enacted. Has far-reaching implications for the Synod and the Loyalty assembly.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 6
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Kaspar Yakovitch von Holberg
- Judgement: The Sand Fishers are entirely without Ambition, Courage or Pride. They lack the strength of character the virtues provide, they will never prosper without them. We send Kaspar Yakovitch von Holberg with 25 doses of liao to teach the Sand Fishers of Misericorde the Seven Virtues.
- Outcome: Upheld (1299- 72). Enacted. Among other things, the benefits provided by the covered market to businesses that diversified would be permanently reduced to two random herbs per diversification. Any future benefits that might be gained by the people of the Holberg as a result of the presence of the Sand Fishers could potentially be less beneficial to the League, and would certainly be more expensive to capitalise on.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 7
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Ophelia Sanguineo Rezia di Tassato
- Judgement: The essence of Dead Reckoning is an embodiment of prosperity, a system to ensure that people get the just rewards for their labours. We send Ophelia Sanguineo Rezia di Tassato with 50 doses of liao to encourage League citizens to remember that it is virtuous to despise the thieving bandit, the lazy wastrel, the grasping miser, and those who take without giving.
- Outcome: Upheld (1247- 140). Enacted. The Synod agrees that the practice of Dead Reckoning is not against doctrine. The current penalty affecting congregations in that nation would end.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 9
- Assembly: League National
- Raised By: Lieselotte Van Holberg
- Judgement: The Sand Fishers are broken, they survived under the Druj, but now they are foreigners living in the Empire. It is our duty to show them that they can be more. We send Leonora Van Holberg with 50 doses of liao to urge every Citizen of Holberg to do what they can to support them.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (214 - 0). Enacted. Every congregation, farm, business, herb garden, forest, mine, mana site, and fleet in Holberg will suffer a one rank penalty to its production following the Summer Solstice. This penalty will last until the start of the Winter Solstice 383YE. The Sand Fishers would gain significantly from this mandate - the support of their immediate neighbours in Holberg would further cement good relations between the new inhabitants of Misericorde and the people of the city.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 11
- Assembly: Wintermark National
- Raised By: Rafe
- Judgement: The Wintermark National Assembly applaud the cunning and guile of every brave Wintermark hero taking part in the raid on Ikka's Tears. Let all look to those who partake of the raid as exemplars of heroism. We send Rafe with 50 doses of liao to support the scops and the stormcrows in lauding the boldness of those involved
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (274 - 10). Enacted. Every Wintermark military unit that takes part in the expedition to Pride of Ikka's Tears will receive a boost in courage and morale equivalent to two additional ranks for the next two seasons.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 13
- Assembly: Imperial Orc National
- Raised By: Skywise Gralka
- Judgement: The Sand Fishers are broken, they embrace oblivion in the Howling Abyss. It is our duty to show them that they can be more. We send Skywise Rykana with 50 doses of liao to urge every Imperial Orc to support them with the fruits of our prosperous endeavour and, upon delivery, detail its value in Worth that shall carry us beyond the Abyss.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (121 - 0, closed early). Enacted. Every congregation, farm, business, herb garden, forest, mine, mana site, and fleet owned by an Imperial Orc will suffer a one rank penalty to its production until the start of the Winter Solstice 383YE, as the Imperial Orc's loss becomes the Sand Fisher's gain.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 27
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Maximillian
- Judgement: The Axou have turned their back on slavery. The General Assembly urges every Imperial citizen to support the change we wish to see in the world by looking for new trading possibilities with the Axos. We send Tarquinius Ankarien with (amount) doses of liao to urge Imperial citizens to engage with the Axou traders and look for new opportunities to enrich us both by enhancing trade between us.
- Outcome: Upheld (1333 - 10). Enacted. Inspires people in every nation in the Empire leading to at least three opportunities to create new wealth through improved trade next season.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 28
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Meredith Nighthaven
- Judgement: The essence of the Great Dance is the belief that each person must find the time and the place where they can become their most virtuous self. It is a practical way to help people become more virtuous and we send Madog Exiles-End with 50 doses of liao to confirm to Navarr citizens that there is nothing in the Great Dance that is incompatible with the Way.
- Outcome: Upheld (1278 - 97). Enacted. The Synod agrees that the philosophy of the Great Dance is not against doctrine. The current penalty affecting congregations in that nation would end.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 30
- Assembly: Dawn National
- Raised By: Mael Donjeon of House Remys
- Judgement: The Highborn have come to Dawn to show us the Highborn Way in their words and deeds. We should rise to the challenge and send our best troubadours to teach them about Dawn. We send Mael Donjeon of House Remys with 50 doses of liao to urge every troubadour to travel to Highguard and teach them about glory and love.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (100 - 0). Enacted. Dawnish priests will travel through Highguard singing tales of adventure, of romance, of love and glory. This presents some significant potential for making the current situation worse.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 34
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Atushah i Fijadoz i Erigo
- Judgement: The doctrine of the Way is not diminished by the parody of the Broken Wheel, precisely because it is a parody. What matters to the faithful is the beliefs people hold in the heart, not the practical jokes they play on their friends. We send Atushah i Fijadoz i Erigo with 50 doses of liao to reassure the Freeborn that there is no need for concern about the feast
- Outcome: Not Upheld - Withdrawn (604 - 102). Withdrawn at the request of the raising priest.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 47
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Brother Hugh
- Judgement: Neither the practice of shriving nor the belief that humans can be reborn in the bodies of trees or animals are directly contradicted by any part of the Doctrines of the Faith. We send Brother Hugh with 50 doses of liao to reassure Marcher citizens that their traditional customs and beliefs are an acceptable expression of the Way.
- Outcome: Upheld (741 - 477). Enacted. The Synod agrees that the practice of shriving, and the belief that the soul can reincarnate as trees or animals is not against doctrine. The current penalty affecting congregations in that nation will end.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 50
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Constanza i Kalamar i Guerra
- Judgement: The doctrine of the Way is not diminished by the parody of the Broken Wheel, precisely because it is a parody. What matters to the faithful is the beliefs people hold in the heart, not the practical jokes they play on their friends. We send Constanza i Kalamar i Guerra with 50 doses of liao to reassure the Freeborn that there is no need for concern about the feast.
- Outcome: Upheld (1284 - 158). Enacted The Synod agrees that the Festival of the Broken Wheel is not against doctrine. The current penalty affecting congregations in that nation will end.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here

- Raised By: Amris Johan Merikovich
- Judgement: Sovereigns are clearly inhuman entities, but the doctrines of the faith do not prohibit bargaining with them anymore than they prohibit bargaining with eternals or their heralds. We send Father Drakov, Tender of the Hearth with 50 doses of liao to remind every Varushkan that humans are the greatest of all beings in creation.
- Outcome: Upheld (1234- 80). Enacted. The Synod agrees that making bargains with Sovereigns and eternals is not against doctrine. The current penalty affecting congregations in that nation will end.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 71
- Assembly: General
- Raised By: Arhan of Ashenhall
- Judgement: “To sleep in Kallavesa” is a metaphor that describes the heroes reward and interring the bodies of heroes in the Wintermark swamp is no different to the tombs and mausoleums of Highguard. We send Arhan of Ashenhall with 50 doses of liao to assure every citizen of the 'Mark that it is right to be inspired by the heroic and virtuous achievements of our forebears.
- Outcome: Upheld (1261 - 71). Enacted. The Synod agrees that interring bodies in Sovennan is not against doctrine. The current penalty affecting congregations in that nation will end.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 73

- Outcome: Upheld (763 - 251). Enacted. The Synod agrees that Sulemaine is not a false paragon. The current penalty affecting congregations in that nation will end.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here

- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here

- Judgement: The Wintermark National Assembly condemn the cowardice of every denizen of Sermersuaq who put down their weapons before all hope of victory was lost. Those who lacked the cunning and the daring to fight with heroism against the Jotun should consider the damage to their skein. We send Usko Argonning to Sermersuaq with 25 doses of liao to urge those who fell short to become frayed.
- Outcome: Not Upheld - Withdrawn (50 - 54). Withdrawn at request of raising priest.
- Notes: The opportunity is detailed here
Judgement 86
- Assembly: Imperial Orc National
- Raised By: Bloodcrow Udoo
- Judgement: Every orc who hears the ancestors' call to battle and feels themselves ready to face the challenge of the Abyss has a place in the Imperial Orcs. We send Bloodcrow Udoo with 50 liao to make them aware that a life in the Imperial Orcs will help them to cross the Howling Abyss.
- Outcome: Upheld with a Greater Majority (72 - 0). Enacted. Children of Mournwold orcs who wish to fight are encouraged to join the Imperial Orcs.

Judgement 121
- Assembly: Brass Coast National
- Raised By: Efenia i Maristela i Riqueza
- Judgement: We must never shy away from what makes us who we are. We send Efenia i Maristela i Riqueza with 100 doses of liao to encourage the corsairs to engage in privateering.
- Outcome: Upheld (104 - 50). Enacted. Any Brass Coast fleet that engages in trade loses the equivalent of one rank of production for at least the next two seasons. Every captain on the Coast will redouble their efforts to show that privateering is not just daring and dangerous but bloody hard work! People are still fired up by the raids on the Grendel territories, with this kind of encouragement another opportunity like that would be simply bound to turn up soon.
