I, the Civilian Commissioner of the Imperial Orcs commission the construction of the Home of the Broken Shield, a communal home for those Imperial Orcs of the Broken Shield.

10 wains of weirwood and 20 crowns provided by Bloodcrow Yargol after Winter Solstice 380YE.

Campaign Outcome

Once completed, the construction will automatically create a new national title within the Imperial Orcs, Broken Shield Guardian.

-The broken shield are an NPC banner created for orcs who were to "broken" to fight on the front line but who still wanted to serve the empire predominantly as civil servants and scribes the only member to have seen any play was by Stephen Kirkbride (broken shield Talik) who was a speaker for the senate amongst other things.  The symbol for the broken shield was a white circle with black cracks going through it and the identifying colour was pale purple and mucky white.

-OOC We chose the solvi area because it didn't look very developed with plot but was in an interesting area between the four territories .
-IC We chose the area because of the history with General Dustan Iron tongue and assumed that the spoils of war Irontongue Hall was in the area aswell, we also liked the idea that he was there with Empress Britta when she died.
-Output wise we wanted  5 doses of Cerulean Mazzarine, 4 doses of Bladeroot, 5 doses of Imperial Roseweald and 4 doses of Marrowort ( If the environment seems favourable otherwise at your discretion but no true true vervain please)
