===Construct Garden of Imperial Auxiliaries===
* Motion: To construct the "Garden of the Imperial Auxiliaries" in Coursmouth, Necropolis, a herb garden sinecure. This creates the title "Legate of the Imperial Auxiliaries" with the power to address Military Council, to be elected by Military Council. This position has the responsibility to support the Imperial Auxiliaries in aiding the Field Marshall with communicating on major conjunctions through the sentinel gate. Revokable by the General and the Assembly of Nine. Proposed: Necropolis. Seconded: Holberg.
* Passed | |||
* Outcome: Creates a sinecure and the title of Legate of the Imperial Auxiliaries
* Further Details: Here.
<!-- | |||
The Garden of the Imperial Auxiliaries lies on the outskirts of the Necropolis, a ring of ten Weirwood stained-glass greenhouses each depicting an individual from a different nation on a battle through the Sentinel Gate. A set of herb beds lie within this ring, dotted with benches for reflection, the produce of which is delivered to the Legate of the Imperial Auxiliaries in Anvil. At the centre of the garden sits a large obelisk, reminiscent of the other Silent Obelisks which dot the Necropolis, where the names and deeds of fallen members of the Imperial Auxiliaries are recorded. The base of this obelisk is set on each side with an eye containing the rune of Ophis, above which sits a crown, the symbol of the Auxiliaries and a representation of their Vigilance.
The main points the description is going for is:
Some recognition of all 10 nations
Being a herb garden | |||
Being a form of memorial for the fallen Imperial Auxiliaries
Being in the Necropolis city
It would be nice to incorporate the symbol of the Auxiliaries, an eye containing the rune of Ophis above which sits a crown
Feel free to do whatever you like with this, it's really nice PD provides the opportunity to input into the description of the commissions.

<!-- | |||
"And from the flotsam the spoils of war were gathered, and it created for the mudlarks a haven."
Mudlarks’ Haven is a bustling steading that wraps around the shore of the Feverwater protected behind a thick network for mangroves which act as harbour walls.
The steading, which is raised out of the water on stilts, is popular with Traders heading south to Zenith and beyond, sailors looking for easy money dredging, and Thorns preparing to head into Sarangrave. The steading’s numerous taverns are always full of deals and celebrations.
In the Steading’s market square is the huge skeleton of ‘Old Brathu’ - said to be the first Hydra slain and brought to shore - it’s heads and tail pointing in the direction of the other Navarri territories - the name and walking distance of each chiselled expertly into the beast’s bleach white bones.
At the mouth of the docks, amongst the mangroves and accessible by awkward platforms sits a building made of discarded Dredge boats - The office of the Dredgemaster and Navarri Fleet captain. Flags hanging from off the outside communicating the Dredge instructions, weather conditions and amount of Hydra activity for the day.
The docks are a series of pontoons on wooden supports, some new and some dating back to the Terunael. The moored dredging vessels and houseboats knock against the docks rhythmically along with the ebb and flow of the Feverwater.

<!-- | |||
The Crimson Sutannir | |||
On the Eastern side of The Jade Range there lies an area where the crystal clear waters flow down from the mountains to the warm and sandy soil of Torres. Here reside a group of Freeborn who cultivate Alkonet, it's thick, fleshy red-maroon roots used as a dyestuff soluble in alcohol, ether, and the oils, but is insoluble in water. It is used to give colour to wines and alcoholic tinctures, to vegetable oils, and to varnishes.
Powdered and mixed with oil, the alkanet root is used as a wood stain. When mixed into an oily environment, it imparts a crimson colour to the oil, which when applied to a wood, moves the wood colour towards dark-red-brown rosewood, and accentuates the grain of the wood, the Freeborn use this oil to care for their wooden musical instruments, most notably their drums.
As is the way of the Freeborn, they celebrate The Way, rather than preach it. Their celebrations involve feasting and dancing to the rhythms provided by the drummers - their hands stained bright Crimson by the oils they use.
In 384 YE, Ahraz i Guerra commissioned an amphitheatre of white granite to be raised at the base of the mountain, to provide shelter during the performances and the enhance music of the Freeborn. Through a series of chambers and covered walkways, the low frequencies of the drums are enhanced before exiting through large, trumpet-shaped windows to carry the sounds of Freeborn celebrating their Faith far across the grasslands. The beats act as a call to all Freeborn in the area to come join the festivities and celebrate their faith

Overview
The Imperial Senate governs the Empire, and its authority extends to all areas of Imperial life not already covered by the other houses of government. Each summit the senators meet several times to deliberate and vote on the motions they have raised.
After the summit the civil service enact those motions, and ensure a public record of each is made available to the citizens of the Empire. This page lists all the motions raised during the summit, along with the announcements made by citizens with Imperial titles. In each case, the motion and its effects are summarized including the wording; who proposed and seconded it; whether it passed or not; whether any funds were disbursed to support it; and what the outcome of the motion will be.
Many motions (especially the commissions) also have a Further Details section that provides a link to a wiki page dealing specifically with that motion in more detail, any commentary from the Constitutional Court, progress on commissions, or expanded information about the outcome of the motion.
