382YE Summer Solstice Conclave sessions

Overview

Records show that 15 addresses were made during the Friday session, and 14 during the Saturday session. Per protocol, the titles of addresses are not recorded.

Records show that seventeen declarations were raised before the Friday session, with one motion withdrawn before it reached the floor of Conclave, and that nine were made during the Saturday session. Other than declarations of concord, precise wording of a declaration may be modified for standardization purposes.

Principle of Proportions

During the Summer Solstice summit, 180 mana was collected in accordance with the Principle of Proportions. The breakdown was as follows - on Friday, 11 mana from addresses, 17 from declarations, and 48 from the meeting. On Saturday, 11 mana from addresses, 8 from declarations, and 75 from the meeting.

This means that, including the remainder of 3 mana and the basic font of 122 mana, 305 mana will be distributed at the next summit in accordance with the Principle of Precedence.
