Overview
 
The Eternal flame of Miaren is an Imperial title created by the Civilian Commissioner of the Navarr in Winter 380YE. The position is a sinecure, requiring minimal responsibility but offering a regular income of mana to the title holder.
Responsibilities
 
As a sinecure, the The Eternal Flame of Miaren has few responsibilities. If the Eternal Flame of Miaren were threatened, it would be the responsibility of the Guardian to deal with that threat - but also to deal with any opportunity to expand the Home, or to make any decisions about its operation.
Powers
 
The Eternal Flame of Miaren is an Imperial title that grants custodianship of a sinecure.
Mana
 
The Eternal Flame of Miaren provides 9 Mana Crystals per equinox .
Selection
 
The Eternal Flame of Miaren is a Navar national position appointed by the Senate. Under normal circumstances it will be appointed by unanimous vote of the Navarr senators. Special consideration should be given to Tanwine Snowstep to be the first holder of the title as they are providing the initial build cost.
 
This is a national title and can only be held by a Navarr citizen.
Removal
 
The Broken Shield Guardian has tenure and serves until they die, step down or are revoked.
The Eternal Flame of Miaren
In the ruins of the fallen city of Terunael lies the beauty and wonder of the Navarr city of Seren. Although these ruins have been explored many times there was a recent exploration that found a waterfall on the outskirts of the golden city.
Within a cave under the waterfall they found a flame that burnt with a warm glow but no heat.
With the expenditure of Mithril the Navarr have built the site into a mana sinecure.
 
 
 
My CID id 5176.3 and I have all the materials there apart from the fact that I am short by approx 2 crowns. This is because I had requested my resource to be changed but hadn't realized that it had been done and I was in deficit.
 
 
Please, please please don't hold up the building of this because of my OOC balls up.
