To commission the raise of a Freeborn army, the Burning Falcon. The General of the Burning Falcon shall hold the Flame Rampant banner as their regalia. We request a disbursement of funds from the Senate for this commission.

- In Autumn 382Ye, a number of opportunities were presented to allow the Freeborn National Assembly to raise mandates to support the raising of the army. Unfortunately, those mandates were only available until the end of the Spring Equinox 383YE.
