A large trading enclave in Therunin arranged with the Axou nation and Imperial servants. Allows trade with Axou, for exotic herbs and resources. Counts as a single commission. Self funded.

Outcome

Will create a trading post allowing trade with the Khiklotu Khrysoú of Axos for both mana and valuable materials.
When completed this will create an Imperial title, Eastern Broker, to be appointed by unanimous agreement of the Navarr senators.
