To commission the great work ‘The Iron Qanat’ in Yellow Chase, Segura, to allow the capacity for the Freeborn to support an additional army and guarantee supply for the existing ones. Costs: 50 weirwood, 100 crowns with zero upkeep cost. This project is self-funded.
