That there be a disbursal of funds to construct a college of Engineering and architecture in Temeschwar. This structure will be ceded to the eternal “King Adamant”. This will create the imperial title “The Master of the Koboldi.” This position will be appointed by a declaration of candidacy through the Conclave.
