After emergency supplies are voted for, that there is a moment of silence for the dead.

Overview
- As explained to the Senate, this motion will add the responsibility to the Senator or agent of the Senate (for example, the Quartermaster General of the Imperial Armies) to call for a moment of silence when a motion for emergency resupply is passed.
