- Effect: Three times per day may call STRIKEDOWN with this weapon.
- Materials: Crafting a bullroarer's shout requires sixteen ingots of green iron, twelve ingots of orichalcum, eight measures of ambergelt, eight measures of beggar's lye and four measures of iridescent gloaming. It takes one month to make one of these items.
