The sinecure associated with this position was destroyed by the vyig in Spring 385YE.
Overview
Drusilla's Obelus was an Imperial title auctioned through the Imperial Bourse. Any Imperial citizen could hold the title. The position was a sinecure, requiring minimal responsibility but offering a regular income of Bladeroot. It was destroyed by the vyig in Spring 385YE.
Following its destruction, evidence emerged that this Imperial sinecure had been shamelessly abused by the vyig. There was ample evidence that Lukash Biessek von Temeschwar, who commissioned the sinecure as Bearer of an Imperial Wayleave intentionally meant for it to be used to smuggle the illegal substance bite into the Empire; they were ultimately executed for their long-standing role in the trade in Spring 385YE. The Obelus was ultimately burned to the ground by the vyig, in an apparent attempt to cover their trail.
Responsibilities
The Custodian had no particular responsibilities; they simply received a bounty of bladeroot from Drusilla's Obelus and were responsible for protecting the Obelus from threats.

Recent Elections
This tile is no longer being elected as the Bourse seat it oversaw is not in Imperial hands. The table to the right shows the citizens who have been elected to hold this title in the years since Empress Britta died.
