New plot writers should get
- Access to the plot chats on the PD crew discord, and the Empire Plot facebook group
- Access to the crew side of the Empire database
- A plot wiki account (a lot of the plot wiki is out of date, read with caution. Winds of Fortune and Things in Packs)
- A first meeting with Matt Pennington and Andy Raff booked
You may want to be added to the following facebook groups:
- Empire NPC Crew
- Empire Player Support (egregores and other on-field NPCs)
- Empire Plot Production (for props, makeup, costume, sfx, set dressing)
On Friday before time in
- Get crew meal tickets
- Sign out a radio (you don’t have to carry it all event, but it’s useful to keep on hand while you have plots in motion. Alternatively, set up a way that makes it easy for Jon to find you if a query comes through.)
- Collect plot packs. Usually brought up from GOD to the plot cabin near monster
- Check your plot packs have everything you need, alert Dave/Jon if not
