==The Treaty==
<big>Treaty between the Casinean Empire and the nation of Otkodov, Spring 387YE</big> 
To come into effect at the end of the Summer Solstice 387YE at the expiration of the previous peace treaty.

<big>The Empire will:</big> 
Cede the region of Mieriada in Miekarova to Otkodov 
Commit to send food from two nations for the duration of the treaty, each sufficient to support an army. This will commence with Navarr and the Marches. The nations providing food may be swapped by the Imperial Senate while the treaty is in effect at any point. 
Outlaw preaching the Way of Virtue in Otkodov to citizens of Otkodov 

<big>The nation of Otkodov will:</big> 
Provide half the production of the Night Quarry to the Casinean Empire to be auctioned as an Imperial bourse seat. 
Provide the agreed upon payment for the provision of food: increasing taxation by 3 thrones a season in the territories of providing nations, 10 mana crystals per nation to the Conclave font, and 10 mana crystals to the nations providing food. 
Allow the Casinean Empire to maintain custodianship of, and free access to, the Maze of Zoria for as long as warlocks of Otkodov are resident in a magical college of the Empire, reducing its upkeep by 5 thrones. 
Maintain their current policy for the treatment of Imperial citizens choosing to remain and live in ceded lands. 

<big>Both parties agree to:</big> 
Resolve any breaches of the law by the citizens of one nation in the lands of the other through diplomatic channels and in mutual respect. 
Maintain a peace for the next 5 years.
